Community Involvement

Juliet Abel is committed to making a difference by serving others. She has been an advocate for disadvantaged children, providing pro bono representation of children in the custody of Children and Youth Services. She volunteers frequently through the Bar Association, including the "That is No Joke!" program, which teaches young children why making fun of others is wrong. Juliet is a Girl Scout leader in Cranberry Township and a coordinator of a local youth chess club. She is a member of the Cranberry Women's Club. She has also presented a program through the Cranberry Library entitled, "For Sale By Owner," giving homeowners the information they need to sell their homes on their own. In addition, she is involved at her church and children's school. Juliet is active in the Bar Association and currently holds a leadership position as a member of the Civil Litigation Section Council. She has presented Continuing Legal Education classes to lawyers on a variety of topics, ranging from Constitutional to criminal law. Juliet has also been involved with the American Inns of Court. This organization promotes higher levels of excellence, professionalism, and ethical awareness among lawyers.
